The Pyjama Foundation acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land and sea on which we work and gather and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
We are committed to creating an environment where everyone sees themselves and their culture reflected. A commitment to our First Nations people and families where it is safe to yarn, reflect and share.
Currently, more than 35 per cent of children in our Love of Learning Program identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. We are committed to creating a culturally safe environment for these children while we support them in building their learning, life skills and confidence.
We’ve collated a range of resources to help support and inspire meaningful and supportive conversations. These resources have been compiled from a range of Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander educators, artists and authors.
